Bottega Veneta
Founded in 1966 in Vicenza, Italy by Michele Taddei and Renzo Zengiaro, the Luxury Leather Goods House is built around three pillars of sobriety, quality and refinement. The Venetian workshop - literal translation of Bottega Veneta, highlights the collaboration between designer and craftsmen. The combination of know-how and creativity allows the creation of functional leather pieces, design and refined from high quality materials. It is its creators who invented the technique of braiding intrecciato which is still today the symbol of the brand.
Since 2001, the House belongs to the Kering Group, which has appointed Tomas Maier as Artistic Director. It is he who creates the iconic Bottega Veneta tote and thus follows the footsteps of the founding creators through refinement and sobriety. The success is at the rendezvous and the brand is diversifying then in the perfumery, the jewelery, the interior decoration and the creation of furniture. And you, will you succumb to the excellence of the Italian House?
